My Business Planning Workshops are a great way to step off the hamster-wheel for a few hours and really focus on developing yourself and your business.

Do you often feel as though you have a gazillion brilliant ideas about how to grow your business but you get constantly side-tracked by all the day-to-day ‘stuff’?

If you do then business planning workshops are a great way to take a step away from the daily grind; refresh, refocus, build a simple but achievable plan, and really kick-start your business growth.

Who is this for?

This one day in person workshop is perfect for people determined this is the time to stop playing at business and start really growing it.

We will spend the day working through all of those business ideas that you keep planning but never getting around, to help you find real clarity.

You’ll finish the day with a simple but brilliant one-page plan to help you make more progress in the next three months than you have done in the last nine.

We will cover everything you need to do over the next three months to really get your business moving including:

Setting ambitious but achievable targets
Marketing Plans
Closing more sales

Simple systems to keep you on track
Managing your cashflow
And much, much more!

Venue and Timings

The days are hosted in a lovely bright room at Ringway Golf Club with great views over the golf course. It’s close to Manchester Airport and only 2 minutes off the M56 motorway.

Everything you need for the day is included – breakfast, lunch and snacks (and the venue are great with any dietary preferences or allergies). Plus, pens, notepads, your workbook and lots of colourful things to help keep your brain keep flowing with brilliant ideas.

We start at 9.30 and finish at 4.30 with breaks for lunch & copious amounts of tea or coffee.
