I don’t know about you but I loved the long Easter weekend and taking a few days out of my business.

That always seems to make the to do list feel 36 times as long once you’re back though doesn’t it?

Even to the extent that you might ask yourself whether it’s actually worth taking time off or whether it’s easier to just work, work, work constantly.

BUT it doesn’t have to be like that!

What I’ve consistently found over my years as a Coach is that business owners are hugely skilled at setting themselves massive, unachievable workloads.

But with a relatively simple shake-up of your planning all that can change.

Which is why this week’s video shares some tips about daily planning to help you strip back the noise, focus on the right things, instead of on everything and create a to do list that’s actually possible to finish!

Have a nosy and let me know what you think.
