One thing that I’ve found over the years that can really help with my focus is a 5 minute daily routine where I ask myself 3 simple questions to review my day & start getting focused for the next one.

These questions have really been helping some of my clients to stay sane during all the current uncertainty, so I thought I’d share them just in case they can help you too.
