Do you think assertiveness is an attractive business quality?

It’s something that I see a lot of people shying away from for fear of being misunderstood or causing offence.

But without it, what I see instead is people who bend over backwards for their customer and then feel taken for granted.

It’s a key strategy for setting and maintain boundaries, managing customers proactively, handling unreliable suppliers and re-educating late payers.
