Are you a buzzing morning person who gets crackalacking the moment you wake up?
A tortoise who needs 6 coffees before you can think?
Or somewhere in between?
The truth of course is that we’re all different and there’s no right or wrong in any of this.
The secret is in understanding your own natural energy patterns and working WITH them instead of fighting against them.

My best time are between 10 and 12 and then between 4 and 6.
