Business Coaching Right For You?
Business coaching is often talked about as if it’s a magic fix (or a dodgy sales pitch from a snake oil seller!) It’s something you do when things feel urgent, messy, or stressful.
It’s for people who aren’t sure what they’re doing or aren’t very good at business.
But all of that is drivel!
That’s why, in this week’s video, I explain who business coaching genuinely helps, and who it doesn’t. If you care about doing good work, want to grow your business properly, and are ready to take consistent action, coaching can be incredibly effective. If you’re looking for fast cash, shortcuts, or a desperate rescue solution, it’s probably not the right fit.
This video will help you sense check whether coaching is right for you.
Business coaching is not an instant answer or a quick fix for a flailing, failing business. It works best when there is something solid to build on. If someone just wants fast results without caring about the quality of their work, coaching with me isn’t a good match.
Where coaching really shines is with clarity and momentum. Many capable business owners feel stuck because they have too many ideas pulling them in different directions. Others know exactly what they should be doing but never quite get round to it. Coaching helps you cut through that noise, prioritise properly, and move things forward.
Coaching also guides you towards much stronger planning, both at a big picture level and in the week-to-week actions that actually drive growth. I can guide, support, encourage, and challenge you, but I can’t take action for you. Coaching works when you know you’re ready to stay focused and take consistent steps towards growth.
If you’ve been wondering whether business coaching is right for you, this video will help you decide.
If it feels like a good fit and you’d like to explore working together, send me a message and let’s arrange a conversation.
