Have you ever graded all your customers? Do you honestly know which ones are fabulous and which ones are right old duffers if you’re honest about it? It’s an exercise my Business Growth Mastermind group worked through a couple of weeks ago and it’s always really enlightening. Because the truth of it is that you secretly know who your duffers are. Even if you’re not actually willing to admit it to yourself! BUT they’re often duffers because you’ve been far too tolerant. So you’ve educated them to be that way! So when you grade your customers you can see who needs nurturing or thanking, who needs clearer boundaries, and who needs a firm boot up the jacksie on their way out of the door! Is this something you’ve ever done? How did you find it?
