Is it just me who thinks that ‘on-boarding’ is a silly phrase?

Unless you’re in the navy, obvs!

That aside though, the moment you bring a new customer into your business is the perfect moment to make the right impression and prove they made the right decision.

It’s also the perfect moment to clarify deadlines, responsibilities, expectations and boundaries.
