What’s most important?

Customers’ work or developing your own business?

Or is it a classic chicken and egg situation of both being equally important?

I talk to LOTS of people who are really keen to grow their business but feel constantly stuck because there isn’t enough time left to do that after they’ve done all the ‘stuff’ their customers ask for.

So I filmed a vlog to help.

Because actually your own business is just as important, if not more important than your customers.

And you should treat your business development work with the same priority as you do your client work.

Because let’s be honest, you wouldn’t still be getting around to something weeks, months or even years later if a customer had asked you to do it would you?

And yet we allow that to happen with our own plans!

So … do you schedule in clear time to work on your business development or are you trying to squeeze it into those tiny non-existent gaps in your diary?

Have a nosy at the vlog and let me know what you think.

Aaaand … do you have any extra tips about scheduling or prioritising that could help people in here?
