I had one of those moments a few days ago.

 

You know when you just can’t be arsed?

 

Your list feels never ending, it all feels a bit relentless and really you just want to go and slob out somewhere and be grumpy!

 

Yep, that happens to me too.

 

I’m pretty sure it happens to all of us at various times, and it’s not always predictable.

 

So I sat down to think about exactly what to do to get my mojo back, and reflected on what I talk to clients about when they’re feeling like that.

 

And as I rediscovered some mojo and energy I thought these tips could be really useful to share with you lovely people too, so here they are.
