Because, hey, every customer helps you pay the bills don’t they?
 
Well, no, not always. Sometimes your longest-standing customers are paying you a pittance, talking up a ton of your time and making you feel like a duffer.
 
But offloading them would be mean wouldn’t it?
 
Or would it actually be evolution, and the right thing for both of you?!?
